URBAN DESIGN Journal
URBAN DESIGN is the quarterly journal published by the UDG delivered direct to our membership. It was first published in 1980 (editor John Billingham) and is now the leading journal in its field, co-edited by Sebastian Loew (since 1996) and Louise Thomas (since 2004).
Contribute to Urban Design
If you are interested in submitting an article to the journal, please send a paragraph outlining your ideas to administration@udg.org.uk and the editors will contact you.
Journal articles need to be 1,500 words long and submitted as a Word file along with 4-6 high-resolution jpeg images (e.g. 3-5MB each), with captions and image credits or sources.
