Bracknell Town Centre Masterplan

Bracknell Council sought a deliverable masterplan for three key gateway sites, defining land use, scale, massing, and public realm principles while supporting the Local Plan. The sites included many constraints such as level changes, subways, and outdated highways. We created proposals that maximise opportunities for transforming the site, and to better align development with the Council’s regeneration goals, and appeal to their strategic development partners.
