Aaron Coulter

Aaron Coulter is an Associate Director and masterplanner with over 15 years’ experience leading complex urban design and masterplanning projects across the UK. His work focuses on shaping coherent, deliverable places - combining strong spatial thinking with a clear understanding of how projects move from vision to investment and delivery.

Working across regeneration, transport-led growth and large-scale masterplans, Aaron is particularly interested in the early stages of projects, where spatial decisions around land use, movement, density and phasing set the trajectory for long-term outcomes. Alongside his design practice, Aaron brings a calm, strategic approach to balancing design quality with viability, helping clients make informed spatial choices that balance delivery and long-term place quality.
