Rhythms of Brazilian Cities - An introduction to Brazilian urbanism

An introduction to the cities of Brazil, their design, culture and vibrancy.

Presenter: Debora Laub, a Brazilian architect and urbanist

Deborah will review the different cities across Brazil including São Paulo, Brasília, Salvador and Rio de Janeiro; their particular challenges and latest developments, including community involvement in projects.

A tour of Brazil is planned for 27th October to 11th November 2025 - note:  it was originally planned for 24th September to 10th October 2025, but as this clashes with the UDG 2025 Conference, Debora moved it so more UDG members could attend, if they wish to.
