URBAN DESIGN EVENT

Urban performance from Shetland to London

Thursday 1 August 2013 - 18:30 to 20:30
Gareth Hoskins Architects, Studio 401, South Block, 60/64 Osborne St, Glasgow, G1 5QH

Gareth Hoskins Architects have been involved in a wide range of performance based projects within the UK and further afield. Join the teams involved as they present the ideas behind 3 of these projects;

  1. the RIAS and RIBA National Award winning Mareel project in Shetland,
  2. the recently completed Greyfriars Community Project in Edinburgh and
  3. the RIBA competition winning Bird College in London,

and discuss how these three projects engage with both the communities and the very different townscapes they occupy.
