Residential development in the UK is dominated by a few major housebuilders. This event, led by former UDG Chair Amanda Reynolds (AR Urbanism), will explore the alternatives on offer, examining the potential for better urban design through different procurement and ownership models, including smaller scale and plot based development, shared ownership and co-housing.
