68 Dean Street - originallybuilt in1681 - has been virtually unchanged since1732, making it one of the great surviving examples of early Georgian domestic architecture in London andthe novel setting for this years Christmas event.

Lit only by candles, partygoers will be able to experience the atmosphere of the pre-industrial age in this intimate setting.More adventurous guestswill be able toventure down tothe fully restored cesspit (if they have imagination, courage and athleticism!).

Come in costume if you will...be prepared to sing eighteenth century carols andbroadside ballads and opine on the Jacobite invasion of England and the antics of the notorious Dick Turpin!
