Yann Leclercq
Yann's expertise is in leading the delivery of large scale masterplans both in the UK and internationally – development frameworks, strategic plans, SPDs, design codes, regeneration frameworks, masterplans, etc. His experience encompasses work in the UK, Nigeria, Côte d'Ivoire, Angola, Morocco, Egypt, Lebanon, France, the UAE, Oman and Saudi Arabia.
Yann's particular interest is on overseeing and implementing urban resilience, with developed expertise on flooding, and on promoting walking and cycling. He is well-versed in stakeholder engagement, having led and organised a number of events to ensure that those who are most affected are given a voice and a say in how proposals affect them.
Yann is the Vice-chair of the Charlton Neighbourhood Planning Forum in South-East London and is a member of the South-West Design Review Panel for which he regularly undertakes design reviews.
