Wendy Lancaster

Wendy is a Chartered Landscape Architect and UDG Recognised Practitioner in Urban Design. She is the head of Landscape Planning at Tyler Grange. She is a specialist in and expert witness for Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA) and Green Belt Review and has produced many documents to support successful planning applications and promotions. Wendy has been an advisor to the Landscape Institute on Green Belt and has been a judge for the Landscape Institute awards. She has been called upon to teaching to public bodies, students, P2C candidates and other professionals. Wendy was recently elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts for her work on Green Belt. Wendy is also a qualified urban designer and experienced masterplanner, having produced masterplans for up to 2000 dwellings, together with the associated Design and Access Statements.
