Steve Lloyd

Steve heads up the Urban Design team in the Pegasus Cambridge office. He has a wide range of experience in advising clients on design strategies, developing solutions for complex sites and preparing design submissions for Local Plan and Planning application work.

Steve has a broad experience of urban design, with his team actively involved in a range of design services including promotional work, outline masterplanning, hybrid applications and detailed reserved matters applications. The Pegasus Cambridge office are involved in schemes ranging between a handful of units to 1500+ across a number of local authorities covering Norfolk, Essex, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire. 

Steve has advised on numerous schemes on edge of settlement and rural locations. He regularly provides presentations to local authorities, parish councils and design panels to justify the schemes he has designed.

A significant proportion of Steve’s detailed layout work is located around the Essex region. Consequently his detailed site layouts have been heavily influenced by The Essex Design Guide, a key document which continues to attract national and international recognition from leading practitioners in the urban design and planning fields.
