Sean Cleary

I am a qualified Urban Designer with over 10 years experience. With a background in architectural practice,
my experience allows me to work fluidly across a range of scales from plans for whole city areas to smaller
pieces of public realm and individual architectural elements within them. I have worked on a range of projects including large-scale strategic plans, masterplans, urban design frameworks and urban regeneration schemes around the world including Europe, North & South America, the Middle East, Asia and Africa.

Over the course of my career I have developed a specialist knowledge in urban data analytics and have led multidisciplinary teams delivering insight which brings together diverse inputs from transport and movement to real estate, economics and demographics. This holistic approach helps to develop layered geospatial models and analysis tools which can used to diagnose existing city problems, understand the full potential of places as well as aid strategies for future growth and prosperity.
