Philip Ashenden

Philip Ashenden is an experienced designer with over 24 years in the industry, having held roles at leading AJ100 practices such as Purcell and Gibberd Architects. During this time, he contributed to a diverse range of projects, including those in sensitive historic settings and complex urban environments.

Philip later moved into the housebuilding sector, working with major developers such as Hopkins Homes and Weston Homes. Here, he held senior design roles and led on large scale residential developments, building expertise in masterplanning and placemaking.

His professional focus is now centred on residential design and masterplanning, combining creative vision with technical expertise to deliver design led, practical solutions that respond sensitively to context while meeting the aspirations of clients and planning authorities alike.
