Pedro Contrucci
Pedro Contrucci is a Senior Urban Designer at Project Centre, with over ten years of experience working across the UK, Chile and international projects. With a background in architecture and an MSc in Building and Urban Design in Development from UCL’s Bartlett, his experience spans public realm, active travel, masterplanning, regeneration, design guidance and stakeholder engagement.
At Project Centre, Pedro works on public-sector projects for London boroughs, translating strategic objectives into practical, inclusive street and public realm proposals. His work includes urban design appraisals, public realm strategies, concept and early technical design, multidisciplinary coordination and community consultation.
Previously at Arup, Pedro contributed to masterplanning and urban design projects addressing sustainable mobility, child-friendly cities, urban greening and inclusive public space in the UK and internationally.
Pedro is particularly interested in how urban design can improve everyday mobility, strengthen civic life and help deliver healthier, more equitable and climate-resilient places.
