Megan Swift

Megan’s professional practice at Walk Wheel Cycle Trust focuses on school neighbourhood and co-design projects, with a particular interest in active travel and child-friendly design.

Following an iterative community-led approach, by combining creative engagement techniques, alongside a wide range of spatial analysis, graphic and design skills, knowledge of design guidance and best practice, Megan is experienced in collating a breadth of community feedback alongside other baseline data to inform and create neighbourhood-scale masterplans, as well as street redesign concept drawings.

Inclusive design principles underpin Megan's practice, to communicate developing design ideas effectively and enable varied audiences to input into the design process. This has included a focus on the voices of children and young people.
