Luke Richards
Luke is an Urban Designer and qualified Architect who has worked at Lucid Design Studio since 2025. Since graduating from his Master of Architecture degree at Manchester School of Architecture, Luke has worked on a variety of projects, including town centre masterplans, strategic frameworks for urban redevelopment, residential and industrial masterplans and mixed-use feasibility studies for ongoing architectural projects.
A creative Urban Designer and qualified Architect; Luke brings a wealth of experience in masterplanning, regeneration and policy document writing, including Supplementary Planning Documents and Masterplan Reports, with a strong understanding of Local, National and Regional Planning Policy.
He has worked across a number of sectors in both Urban Design and Architecture, including transport, residential, education and workplace. Across these projects, Luke has worked through all the RIBA Work Stages across a wide range of project types, including residential blocks, educational facilities and large scale masterplans for universities, housing developers and local authorities.
Luke has a keen interest in inclusive and healthy places, and has participated in and led a number of workshops and public consultation events in relation to town centre regeneration and new development.
