A Recognised Practitioner in Urban Design and a chartered Landscape Architect with over twenty years experience across the public and private sector. A deep commitment for sustainable placemaking that is rooted in its context . Currently assessing and advising on design and landscape matters for major development applications throughout Dorset, including substantial mixed-use settlement extensions, design reviews and appeals. Also, shaping the quality of development and design at a strategic level through planning policy work including the update of the local plan, the forthcoming county wide landscape character assessment and county wide design code and guidance.
Previous working highlights include master planning for diverse sectors such as housing, urban regeneration, leisure & tourism, education campuses and schools. Previous employers include TOR & Co, Ferguson & McIlveen (Scott Wilson), Derek Lovejoy Partnership.
