Jonathan Stewart

Jonathan is a chartered Urban Designer with over eighteen years direct experience working across the public and private sectors. He has experience across a comprehensive range of Urban Design and Masterplanning projects covering a wide variety of scales. This includes strategic site promotion, residential developments, commercial and mixed-use schemes, and public realm projects.

During his eighteen years working within the planning system, he has advised clients from ‘both sides of the fence’ which has helped him experience and understand the planning and development process from different perspectives and has consequently developed a large knowledge base and skillset within the Urban Design and Masterplanning field.

Jonathan's technical experience covers the initial site appraisal and analysis stage through to developing concept plans and strategies to informing illustrative site masterplans and parameter plans supporting planning applications and site promotion. Jonathan has a large portfolio of projects both within the public and private sectors covering a wide range of project type and scale.
