Gina Simonavice

I am an experienced Urban Designer and Masterplanner within an established design consultancy in London. I work on a range of projects of varying scales, including the preparation of masterplanning and regeneration projects, producing development briefs, design and access statements and design codes.

I am particularly interested and proficient in residential site analysis and layout design. I have produced masterplans at the strategic and site-specific levels and I have experience working on projects that involve setting out guidelines for new development sites.

I have a solid background and versatile skills in using multiple design software.
