Gina Simonavice

Urban Designer and Recognised Practitioner (UDG) with over 12 years’ professional experience gained in London-based practices.

I have supported public and private sector clients on a wide range of projects, including residential-led growth, mixed-use developments and town centre regeneration, working across both strategic and detailed scales.

My experience spans masterplanning and urban design from early-stage spatial frameworks through to planning submissions, including site analysis, capacity testing, development feasibility and the preparation of policy-compliant layouts. I have also produced design guidance such as Design Codes, Frameworks and Supplementary Planning Documents.

I am experienced in stakeholder engagement, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and presenting design clearly to clients, local authorities and community groups. I have led projects through key stages and supported junior team members.

Alongside my project experience, I bring strong technical and graphic skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, GIS and Adobe Creative Suite, producing clear, well-structured drawings and high-quality documents.

Currently based in Lisbon, I am available for remote work across the UK and Europe, or for on-site roles in Lisbon.
