Felipe is an Urban Designer/Architect with over eighteen years of international experience in urban planning, urban design, and architectural design. He has led and managed complex multidisciplinary projects within award-winning design and engineering consultancies across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and South America.
In early 2015, Felipe co-founded URBN’ITA with a clear objective to transform cities and drive projects into memorable experiences and urban enclave destinations. He leverages his urban planning and design expertise to engage with the architectural realm, using his cross-disciplinary capabilities to articulate, manage, and deliver innovative solutions to complex urban challenges.
From adaptive reuse of land to new urban insertions and city visions, Felipe’s strategic and "value-creation" approach—shaped by strong creative thinking, technical background, and direct client liaison—ensures projects become unique development solutions.
