Emily Hillman

Emily Hillman is an Associate Urban Designer at Pegasus Group who advises housebuilders and developers on how to achieve high quality places that will meet planning requirements and stand the test of time. Her work covers a wide variety of sites, predominantly for UK residential developers and land promoters. Sites vary from large scale Sustainable Urban Extensions and residential-led mixed-use development schemes (2,700+ dwellings), to smaller greenfield/infill development sites (20 dwellings).

Work stages range from initial feasibility/vision docuemnts and land promotion to secure local plan allocations, outline applications with design codes and key stakeholder consultation, through to detailed design stage and discharge of conditions process. Her work covers a large area of the country with current sites located in Essex, Oxfordshire, Cambridge, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Somerset and Devon.
