Andrew Fong
Andrew joined Ryder Architecture in 2021 after graduating from Newcastle University with a master’s degree in urban design. During his studies, he achieved the William Ault prize as the highest achieving student. He also completed a variety of interior renovation and refurb projects, including residential, hospitality, and a listed church.
Currently working as an Urban Designer, with a focus on residential masterplans in the North East with experience across the country. Alongside this, working on architectural and landscape projects, ranging from urban regeneration, community campuses, landscape, masterplan studies and design codes as well public realm design, improving green infrastructure, active travel routes and city wide masterplans. Andrew is passionate about masterplanning, placemaking for health and wellbeing and designing places for all.
