Adam Fall

Adam is an Urban Designer & TVIA/LVIA Assessor working at Planit-IE in Greater Manchester. He graduated from Writtle University College with a bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture in 2019, followed by completing a Postgraduate Diploma degree in Urban Design from the University of Westminster in 2024. 

Adam has extensive experience in Urban Design both within the public and private sector, with a particular analytical focus on design review, and using visual impact analysis and assessments to inform the early masterplanning process. Adam's expertise include:

• Written and illustrative design consultation reports
• Indicative masterplanning and density appraisal studies
• Design Codes and Guides
• Townscape and Landscape Visual Impact Assessments (both as EIA chapters and standalone reports)
• Engaging and operating Design Review Panels to promote positive placemaking
