Worcestershire Parkway

Jo Cowen Architects, in collaboration with JTP, is leading the master planning role for an outline planning application for a new garden community at Worcestershire Parkway that envisions 3,700 new homes, a new Town Centre and neighbourhood centres on behalf of Summix and Homes England. 

The settlement has been designed as a sustainable and vibrant haven for living, working, playing and learning, embedded in the landscape with an abundance of natural assets and rooted in green infrastructure.

The community will enjoy direct access to Worcester’s amenities, higher-order retail, and cultural opportunities, with rail links extending to the cities of Birmingham, London, and the wider UK.
