Tattenhoe, Milton Keynes

Tattenhoe is an HCA procured national competition winning scheme, which will deliver 160 homes with Milton Keynes. Joining forces on the project are Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes, two of the UK's largest property development companies. The proposal is deemed to be a flagship scheme as it forms the first residential phase of the Tattenhoe Master Plan, setting a benchmark for design and delivery for the wider scheme, aiming to deliver 1700 homes in total.

On a wider scope, IDP Group designed three key concepts such as the 'zip' and 'zag' street, which works around the existing soft landscaping and the need for solar orientation.
