The MUCcc project aims to create a multifunctional landmark that will serve as a centre for entertainment, culture, and inspiration, positioning Bavaria as a national and international hub. The site, located near Munich Airport and Freising, will offer a combination of leisure, social, and cultural experiences, contributing to the local economy and enhancing the quality of life in the region. Central to the design is a new public meadow that integrates the natural landscape of Munich and Freising, and the project focuses on sustainability, culture, art, and nature. With its strategic location near the LabCampus, the development will attract both local residents and international visitors, offering a mix of facilities within a cohesive, green, and accessible space.

The masterplan features three key building complexes designed to blend technology, aesthetics, and recreation while ensuring that different functions do not overlap. The heart of the development is the arena, centrally located within a landscaped park, providing visitors with seamless access to various spaces. The surrounding meadow will offer tranquil open seating areas, accessible to families, office workers, and the public year-round. The multi-storey parking garage is efficiently positioned to the north, with VIP and accessible parking near the arena. Additionally, a strategically placed hotel at the northern boundary completes the development, contributing to the site's accessibility and creating a visually cohesive design aligned with the urban and natural context.
