Kew, Southport
Our competition winning entry for this £180 million urban extension will deliver a new sustainable mixed-use community, centered round a new urban core. With around 750 homes to be constructed adjacent to an existing residential development, a critical mass is formed requiring crossover facilities to be created. These facilities will benefit the new and existing residents, together with the workfore, within the 300,000 square feet Business and Leisure Park.
The development includes a leisure and community centre with cafe and restaurant facilities, being supported by a 90-apartment retirement and extra care apartment complex. The substantial crossover of uses maximises the potential for activity and success for this development.
