George Payiatis

Urban designer with over 5 years’ experience, with a background in human geography. 

My work focuses on mixed use masterplanning projects within the UK  including new settlements and garden villages, urban extensions,  in-fill sites and strategic urban design frameworks with an emphasis on sustainability, placemaking and community enagement. 

As designers it is our duty to safeguard the long-term well-being of communities and our natural environment. Through a holistic, co-operative approach to design that recognizes people’s diverse needs we can create thriving, sustainable and resilient places which successfully capture the imagination and are environments in which all people want to live, work and play.
