How things work and look matters. Lambert Smith Hampton’s (LSH) Urban Design Team knit together commercial urban design advice and skills to deliver better places and built environments that promote social and environmental value as well as enduring commerciality.

As part of a multidisciplinary practice, we work alongside our in-house team of planners, regeneration, viability and property experts to offer creative placemaking underpinned by commercial expertise and local market knowledge.

We work nationally across a range of scales, contexts and RIBA stages. From feasibility projects for half a dozen homes on tight urban sites, through to large masterplans for mixed use urban extensions with 1,000s of new homes. For every project we bring an open mind, tried and tested urban design principles and commercial acumen.
