We are an award-winning Urban Design and Masterplanning studio in Thame and a shiny new studio in Birmingham.
We are currently working on a range of exciting residential led masterplanning projects and are looking for an experienced Senior Urban Designer/Associate Urban Designer to join our Thame studio to support our growing team!

What we are Looking for: An enthusiastic and talented individual with at least 6 years’ experience in masterplanning and placemaking, with the ability to lead complex projects of various scales and stages of design.
The ideal candidate will hold a master’s degree in Urban Design or Architecture, and a degree in a relevant subject related to urban design. Alongside this, we’d love to hear from candidates with:
- A strong ability to lead a team and individuals and provide mentoring.
- Excellent visual communication skills through hand drawing, Adobe suite/CAD and preferably Sketch-Up.
- An enthusiastic, innovative and pro-active approach to work with strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication, organisation and time management skills.
- The ability to positively contribute to and engage with team working.
- Experience/interest in proactively engaging with developing a growing business.
