CSA Environmental is a dynamic multi-disciplinary consultancy specialising in Landscape Architecture, Masterplanning, Ecology, and Heritage.
Our work spans planning and design, including the creation of plans, documents, and exhibition material.

Located in the charming village of Ashwell, North Hertfordshire, we are just 20 minutes north of Stevenage and 45 minutes from Cambridge, St Albans, Bedford, and Milton Keynes.

Our Ashwell office is the largest of our five offices, housing our masterplanning, ecology, landscape, graphic design teams, who collaborate closely on a diverse range of projects. Our Ashwell office is also home to our admin team who provide essential support to CSA as a whole. With other offices in Sheffield, Brighton, Tewkesbury, and Basingstoke, we offer plenty of opportunities to collaborate with teams across the practice on a diverse range of exciting projects.

About the role:
We’re on the lookout for a creative and driven graduate urban designer/masterplanner to join our team in Ashwell, Hertfordshire. In this role, you’ll be involved in shaping bold ideas and delivering high-quality work across a range of exciting projects—including conceptual urban design, feasibility studies, masterplanning, vision documents, design and access statements, and other key design outputs.

While experience is always valuable, what truly excites us is your potential. If you’ve got a degree in a relevant urban design field and are confident using tools like AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, then we want to hear from you.

Location and hours:
Due to the role being based in our rural location in Ashwell SG7 5NT and the need to undertake site visits, you would have valid driving licence or be in the process of learning to drive.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, position and offers part-time hybrid working after successful completion of probation, with hours to be discussed.
