We are now recruiting for graduates in Thame and our shiny new Birmingham studio, to start in September 2025.
We will invite selected potential candidates to an open day on Wednesday 4 June 2025 in Thame. This will be an opportunity for us to get to know you and for you to understand more about the role and living life on the edge.
What we are Looking for:
We value your potential over your past experience.
Alongside a degree in a relevant subject related to urban design, and skills in software including
Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator, we’d love to hear from candidates with:
- An enthusiastic, innovative and pro-active approach to work
- Effective organisation and time management skills
- Excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills
- The ability to positively contribute to and engage with team-working
- Strong problem-solving skills

As a graduate at edge, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects at various stages with our supportive team, engaging in collaborative team working with consultants and clients along the way. You will have dedicated mentoring and will be enrolled on our Graduate to Director training programme. This provides you with tailored support and training to develop your skills as an urban designer and a professional in the built environment; to #GrowYourOwnWay in your career.
