Accuracy, attention to detail and analytical skills will be required on a daily basis and you will need to be able to multi-task and manage your time to meet deadlines, working independently and as part of a team, both in person and remotely.

You’ll likely have a BTEC HND, foundation degree or a degree in graphic design or another design-based subject and a minimum of 3+ years work experience as a graphic designer in an urban design, landscape, architectural or planning environment and evidence of a strong relevant portfolio.

Your work will be varied, and we need you to have an advanced working knowledge in the following Adobe design apps:

  • Illustrator
  • Photoshop

A working knowledge in the following design software would also be an advantage:

  • AutoCAD
  • SketchUp, Lumion or 3ds Max

  • Adobe Dreamweaver
  • Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc)
  • ArcGIS

The ability to produce hand drawn sketches and illustrations would also be very desirable.

What’s in it for you?

Here you’ll find true support and encouragement. We’re an accredited training provider – from entry level to master’s degree level professional qualifications in leadership & management and executive coaching & mentoring, we support learning and development for everyone.

A personal development plan and a transparent career pathway puts you in the driving seat of your career and you’ll be supported as far as you want to go.

We encourage and value different ideas, perspectives, and styles of thinking. We need a mix of experiences and skills to develop the most innovative ideas. We respect one another and recognise the potential and contribution of everyone. You’ll be joining a diverse community and a company that puts its people first and prioritises their wellbeing.
