We would like to appoint an architect specialising in estate regeneration to join our team in Smithfield. Ideal candidates will have a clear appreciation of architecture and masterplanning, and strategic understanding of the key aspects of good place making. A considerable degree of experience in mixed tenure housing and socially-led regeneration in the UK is important. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate a passion for creating inclusive, sustainable places for people to live in, which incorporate the benefits of landscape, health and wellbeing, as well as quality architecture. An evident recognition of the importance of having a people-first approach and for achieving community engagement is core in this role.
