DECC publishes Energy Futures Cost Calculator
DECC have published a 2050 Energy Futures Calculator on the DECC website, that allows you to calculate the costs of the energy strategy of your choice: from conservation to all-nuclear.
Needless to say the press have taken the opportunity to present articles that represent their particular stance on energy policy.
"Greener energy will cost £4,600 each a year" - Telegraph
"UK switch to low-carbon energy will cost £5,000 per person a year" - Guardian
Prediction using unique calculator challenges view that sustainable energy means higher costs
