Together with our clients and planning colleagues, we craft the UK’s most transformative master plans and urban design strategies which are changing the way communities and sub-regions in the UK grow and prosper.

With the resurgence of strategic scale growth planning, we are recruiting talented masterplanners and urban designers to reinforce our design team. The range of projects that successful candidates could work on includes:

-          Masterplaning the expansion of a leading science park and a new residential community for one of the UK’s most prestigious universities

-          Designing the expansion of a new settlement in East Devon for a consortium of land developers and national house builders

-          Masterplanning potential strategic growth locations to accommodate up to 20,000 homes for a forward thinking local authority

-          Preparing design codes and coordinating the detailed design of a 4,000-home expansion of a key historic city

-          Preparing regeneration strategies for a number of local authorities across the south-east

-          Masterplanning cross-boundary growth and infrastructure investment for multiple local authorities working in collaboration

Our urban design team includes people with backgrounds in architecture, planning, landscape architecture and transport planning. We are united in our shared endeavour to design and deliver environments that work for everyone, and this is at the heart of what we do.
