The borough is anticipating 760 new houses per year between 2011 and 2021, as well significant investment in new infrastructure (such as schools, Crossrail and public realm / town centre revitalisation).
Raising the design quality of new and existing development within the borough is a priority of the Council. The Planning and Regeneration service is looking for two experienced built environment professionals with a strong knowledge and experience in both urban design and planning /development management.
