Professional Placement Programme - Public Practice

Join the New Cohort of Public Practice

Public Practice is looking for built environment practitioners who are interested in working in the public sector, for paid placements starting in December 2020.

You may be looking for a new work challenge, a part-time or flexible solution after a career break, a temporary secondment to experience working in the built environment from a different perspective, or, to give something back towards the end of your career.

The social enterprise is inviting applications from a wide range of skills including, but not limited to, planning, infrastructure, sustainability, economic development, regeneration, community engagement, housing delivery, surveying, architecture, heritage, landscape, urban design, transport, urban health, data science and project management.

During your placement, 10% of your working time will be spent taking part in an R&D and peer support programme.

Find out more about the programme and how to apply at www.publicpractice.org.uk or by attending an Open Evening on 24 June. The deadline for applications is Monday 20 July.
