Speakers will explore the best ways to encourage a vibrant evening economy, whilst addressing issues such as personal security, transportation and antisocial behaviour. Is there a sensible limit to the intensity of activity? How can the negative external impacts be managed? This event will provide an invaluable opportunity to hear about the latest research and the status of the Purple Flag Award scheme.
