Urbanism in China: Liveable Cities & China In Flux
A landmark event offering an unmissable opportunity to learn about working and doing business in the worlds largest market for urban designers.
Chinas cities are in a state of flux, their physical transformation fuelled by an urbanisation programme of a speed and scale that is unique in human history. Linking with the subjects covered in issue 127 of Urban Design, out group of experts will introduce their experiences of working in China, outlining their views on the role of masterplanning and urban design in Chinas modernising cities. The event will culminate in a panel discussion addressing the opportunities and challenges of this urban emergence.
